Mini Fresh Pressed Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cups
Ingredients
- 116 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1Small Container Fresh Pressed Organic Peanut Butter
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Organic Raw Coconut Oil
- 1 Mini Cupcake Liners
Instructions
- In a medium glass bowl microwave chocolate and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil for 1 1/2 minutes and whisk until smooth. You can also double boil the chocolate if you don't want to use the microwave.
- Line the mini cupcake pan and place a teaspoon of the chocolate mix on bottom. Place tray in freezer for ten minutes.
- Next scoop a dollop of peanut butter on top of chocolate. Spread lightly with spoon to smooth down top.
- Last add chocolate mixture on top and freeze for 20 minutes. Place in refrigerator in air tight container. Serve!!
Recipe Notes
Please note you may need to make more of the chocolate mixture if you don't have enough. I also eyeball the peanut butter so have enough if you need more.
