Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Heat up your grill on high. Brush grill or grill pan with olive or grapeseed oil.
Lower grill to medium heat when grilling pineapple 3-4 minutes on each side until appears bright yellow and soft. Don’t over grill because it can get too soft in texture.
While pineapple is cooking. In a medium bowl place chopped garlic + chopped cilantro + chopped onion + chopped jalepeno & mix.
Squeeze fresh juice of lime + add 1/2 of salt & cracked pepper. You can add more salt if you'd like to.
After pineapple is cooled chop in small pieces and add to salsa mixture. Mix well.
