Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Grilled Pineapple Salsa
  1. Heat up your grill on high. Brush grill or grill pan with olive or grapeseed oil.
  2. Lower grill to medium heat when grilling pineapple 3-4 minutes on each side until appears bright yellow and soft. Don’t over grill because it can get too soft in texture.
  3. While pineapple is cooking. In a medium bowl place chopped garlic + chopped cilantro + chopped onion + chopped jalepeno & mix.
  4. Squeeze fresh juice of lime + add 1/2 of salt & cracked pepper. You can add more salt if you'd like to.
  5. After pineapple is cooled chop in small pieces and add to salsa mixture. Mix well.
