Easy Blueberry Pancakes
They are gluten free organic low sugar. These are old fashion homemade pancakes made simply and healthier. My kids love these on Saturday mornings. If you make a double batch you can freeze or store in air tight container for 3-4 days and breakfast will be a lot easier & faster.
Servings6-8 Panckes
Ingredients
- 1Cup Cup Organic or Gluten Free Flour
- 1/2Cup Cup Ground Oat flour
- 3Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/4Cup Organic Milk or Dairy Free Milk
- 1/2Tsp Salt
- 1Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Organic Egg
- 3Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1Dash Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients with a whisk and then combine dry with wet ingredients. Stir well together & let it stand for 5 minutes to allow maximum fluffy pancakes.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Heat up griddle with butter and cook. Use butter each time you cook pancakes so they don't stick. Serve with real maple syrup or raw local Texan honey.
