They are gluten free organic low sugar. These are old fashion homemade pancakes made simply and healthier. My kids love these on Saturday mornings.

Easy Blueberry Pancakes
They are gluten free organic low sugar. These are old fashion homemade pancakes made simply and healthier. My kids love these on Saturday mornings. If you make a double batch you can freeze or store in air tight container for 3-4 days and breakfast will be a lot easier & faster.
Servings6-8 Panckes
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients with a whisk and then combine dry with wet ingredients. Stir well together & let it stand for 5 minutes to allow maximum fluffy pancakes.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Heat up griddle with butter and cook. Use butter each time you cook pancakes so they don't stick. Serve with real maple syrup or raw local Texan honey.
  5. Enjoy!
