Collard Green Cranberry Tuna Wraps
This is gluten free, grain free, low carb. I love cranberry apple tuna wrapped in a raw collard green. It’s simply delicious if you like tuna. A cost effective protein fueled meal with a great crunch and texture.
Ingredients
- 2Cans No salt albacore tuna or no salt tuna tongol
- 1/2Cup Mayo
- 1/4Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1/4Cup Sweet Pickled Relish
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1Tsp Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt
- 1/2Tbsp Good Olive Oil
- 1 Apple sliced
- 6-8 Collared greens washed
Instructions
- In a seperate bowl mix mayo, olive oil , lemon juice , and relish. Then add salt, pepper, cranberries, and apples. Drain water well out of tuna. Mix in tuna and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Place one to two scoops of tuna in collard green and wrap. Slice with knife and enjoy!
