Ingredients
Noodles
- 4 Organic ZucchinisSliced into Raw Noodles
- 4-6 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
- 3 Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped
- 6-7 Slices of Cucumber
- 1/4Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 5 Greek Olives Chopped
- 1/2Cup Fresh Basil Chopped
- 1-2Leaves Fresh Mint Chopped
Dressing
- 1/2Cup olive oil
- 1/4Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1Tbsp Fresh Oregano Chopped
- 1Tsp Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt
- 2Tbsp Real Maple Syrup
- 2Tbsp Dijion Mustard
- 1Tsp Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Layer the Zucchini Noodles first and then toss with dressing. Add rest of salad toppings on top of salad. Eat right after serving as noodles will get soggy with time.
