I learned to cook at a young age from my Argentine grandmother, who would shop daily and spent the entire day mastering seasonal, local food. The passion I witnessed as a young child would later inspire me to open my own catering business.
I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, from fine dining to eventually becoming a Special Events Coordinator & Marketing Director. I went to Epicurean Cooking School in Los Angeles.
I am a chef not just a food blogger and have worked as a professional chef for over ten years. I have also studied health and food trends for over twenty years. My greatest gift is to make a traditional unhealthy dish… Healthy. Please note all my competitors show one dish. I would like to show a complete balanced dinner and breakfast as well as one dish meals.
Styles will vary from gluten free, plant-based, vegetarian, keto, paleo, and exploring new food fads as they happen. My goal is to teach cooking videos along with recipes to create ease in meal planning and inspire others as well.

In 2009, I decided it was time to open my own farmers market business, specializing in local gluten free baked goods. French Lavender Bakery was created as a farm to table farmers market business. I started with her delicious gluten free banana breads, homemade local strawberry lavender jams, and organic baked goods. I was one of the first vendors at the Brentwood & Downtown farmers markets to feature gluten free items that were not frozen, and gave people with severe food allergies a chance to enjoy fresh baked goods. Eventually French Lavender Bakery evovled into a full service catering company.
In 2012, I became a mother and decided to relocate with my husband to Austin. I wanted to be closer to her family that had moved three years prior. In 2016, we settled in Dripping Springs and recently had a second daughter. After four years of working part time, I decided I wanted to help other busy families learn how to cook healthy meals.
